The unit

What counts as an assessment

One billable assessment is one assessment that has not been cancelled. That is the whole rule.

  • An individual assessment counts as one.
  • A bulk batch counts once per participant it creates.
  • Cancel an assessment and it stops counting.
  • Someone who never sits the assessment still counts, unless you cancel it.

Usage is calculated live from your assessments — there is no wallet balance to reconcile and nothing that quietly drains.

Before you buy

Your account stays exactly as it is — your quizzes, participants, and past results are untouched. You simply cannot create new assessments beyond your allowance until you buy assessment credits. The trial ends when you pass 3 months from signup or 50 assessments, whichever comes first.

Yes. Assessment credits are valid for 2 years from the date you buy them, and each purchase carries its own 2-year period. Credits still unused at the end of that period lapse and cannot be extended or exchanged for money. See Terms §8.

No. Assessment credits are non-refundable once purchased. Because you buy credits in whatever quantity you need rather than committing to a plan, we suggest buying in line with your near-term need. See our Terms of Use.
